Jawa
September/October. January/February are boring as well, but at least we have the Oscars to speculate on.
AniNate
October depends on the year. Sometimes it's just as dull as August/September and other times it's when the really good films start getting released again (eg The Social Network, Argo)
Cmasterclay
September for sure, followed by January/February. October has been pretty good in recent years, actually.
Krissykins
Personally, whenever an animated film is released.

fishstick
Personally, whenever an animated film is released. This. I so don't care. I'd say January since I Frankenstein was waiting for the deadest period to launch itself against no competition of any sort and picked Janaury after passing on busier February and September. Krissykins
I like January, because there's usually plenty of horror, and the always do well. And most of the family fare/animated/fantasy sequel dreck is dying off by then.
