Man arrested with body armor, loaded gun, and fake CIA ID at theater

I'm surprised nobody mentioned this already as it happened over a week ago.

Funny thing is, he was arrested only because of the fake CIA badge (that's a whopper of a felony charge though) as he had a concealed firearms permit, so in the eyes of the law it was perfectly ok to go into a packed theater wearing body armor and a loaded gun.

Maybe he was just in costume since the movie was RED 2.

Even granting the concealed license permit..... If all he wanted to do was watch the movie, why the body armor?

I dont see why you'd need a gun at a movie theater.

Unless you are an officer...why bring the gun? You would think it would be illegal to bring a gun into a theater. And I am no liberal either.
