For better and for worse, it's pretty much the prototype Pixar film. Hampered by a shoestring budget and a shaky grasp on its own internal logic, the story still manages to generate loads of feels and Radio remains one of the funniest characters in animation history. The songs are all creatively written (almost overdoing it, even) and by today's standards it's still one of the darkest kids films ever made.
