it was fucking terrible. The script is close to one the worst scripts of the past decade, the score is beyond awful, the action is laughable (It's a joke how Selene doesn't even try to protect herself from bullets and yet she kills 5 guys in about 5 seconds without getting shot), the acting is bad and it has excessive slow motion. The visuals were merely good and Bill Nighy acting was nice D- (25)

This was a real breakthrough for Vampires and Werewolf films Genre...And man did Beckinsale rock in this movie..

 

Give it 9.4 out 10.. Definitely a breakthrough.. The Last fight sequence between Micheal the hybrid vs Victor the ELder Super Vamp was aweinsipiring and exciting...

Funny, I agree with you expect for the last fight scene with Michael and Victor. I felt that it was poorly done, you can clearly tell that the punches don't connect whatsoever, the editing off and cut awkwardly. Kind of a letdown really. The only good part of that was when Selene cut Victor's head off (though even then they dragged that out WAAAAY to long, lol! Honest trailers makes fun of that).
