More than enough to believe it if you ask me. Woody Allen is a strange and very insecure man. Pedophilia and rape don't seem like a stretch to me for him. I've never been able to like him personally or even as an actor. Something always has unsettled me  about him, and not just cause of the Soon Yi thing.

I'm not saying is normal, or that i would do such a thing, all i'm saying is that Soon Yi wasn't his adopted daughter as you mentioned. 

I couldn't care less about his personal life, if he want to have sex with a monkey or married a woman 30 years younger than him.

The only thing that i would condemn is if he actually molested a child, and there wasn't any evidence of this.

On Soon Yi, Woody Allen always had a distant relationship with her children but Mia Farrow pushed him to spend time with her to get Soon out of her shell, inxcluding going to basketball games. It is almost like Woody was just a family friend than a parent and they fell in love over time. Which has lasted a long time into their marriage. On Dylan, Woody needed to be charged within 5 years. Supposely the case was never pushed to trial as no one wanted 7 year old Dylan to testify. Which makes sense, looking at it in hindsight.

I don't know if Woody raped the girl or not, if she says he did then there should at least be a charge against him.

 

However, the whole Soon Yi thing is not gross at all.  She's not blood, she's not even a girl he adopted himself.  She's a girl that his partner (or whatever Mia was to him) adopted.  There's nothing incestuous about it.  You can't help who you fall in love with and he fell in love with her.  I see nothing wrong with that.

Fair enough.  I don't know enough about the case.  I just know that it would have to take a very disturbed and evil individual to make that up about a man, but I guess it's possible.

 

Looking further into it, I believe whole heartedly that MJ never raped or sodomized anyone either and that whole thing was for money.  So there are evil people out there, it's just that the motive you give for Farrow---distraught and bitter about a divorce---seems hard to fathom.

It depends on the relationship he had with her prior. There's lots of people who when they marry consider their partner's kids their own as well. It's like if an adopted brother and sister not blood related fall in love with each other. Is it still not a bit strange? Seems like it to me. It's the relationship that makes it incestuous, not just the blood. If Soon Yi seemed like his kid to him before he fell in love with her it's gross.
