It wasn't very exciting when I had to read about it for history classes in college. I don't know if a movie would be much more interesting. Although I would love to see the scene where Chamberlain and Hitler agree to let Germany take over Czechoslovakia. Hitler gave his word that he wouldn't invade any other countries.

 

After the meeting:

 

Chamberlain to Britain: I just traded Czechoslovakia for Hitler's word that he won't invade any more countries.

 

Hitler to Germany: I just got Czechoslovakia for a piece of paper.

 

I was thinking more of King Edward's relationship or complicity in it. The way it was portrayed in Remains of the Day was pretty intriguing. The secret meeting between the Germans and the aristocrats and Christopher Reeve's character trying to warn them that appeasement wouldn't work.
