A film that the now-clichéd phrase "pure cinema" was invented for. Absolutely hypnotic from the first to the last frame. Some people might find this wrong, but I don't care all that much about the possible interpretations here, and I don't think anyone should, in case they've never seen it before. You either lose yourself in it or you more or less reject it, and if you manage to do the former, it's a gorgeous, haunting, deeply unsettling and endlessly mysterious film. One of the best ever made.

Awesome trip of flick. Fantastic execution all around. When friends told me Inception warped 'em, I pointed them to this bender. All loved it as well.

Those are cool friends. I'd be afraid to show or even recommend this movie to anyone I know except maybe two or three people.
