Penelope Quail
Sorry but there ain't many. False. Tthere are. Haters are a sad, but vocal minority. Prometheus has positive reviews overall. And earned way more money then many films who have generated sequels, with a smaller budget than them. Jessie
Prometheus is certified fresh and has a higher score then the Hobbit. Does this anger you? :DYou can tell people are trolls when they outwrite lie. hahaCritics don't indicate what the GA think of a movie, legs do, and they weren't great. Also what does the hobbit have to do with this??? Which btw was more loved by the public. You know people are retards when they cant string a sentence together that actually has relevance. Penelope Quail
Actually it was loved by the public. Prometheus haters are a small vocal internet minority. And I guess you're calling yourself a retard by that last statment. "Epic fail" lulz tweens Most prometheus haters are teenage american boys trying to be witty, incapable of follow themes. Probably too busy sexting. Edited February 27, 2013 by space biscuit
dashrendar44
Prometheus was the only Alien story with actual characters. We generally know nothing about those in the others besides their want to stay alive. So now it is an Alien story. I thought Prometheus was not an Alien prequel per se? Prometheus is hollow and vapid, throwing a lot of inconsistent things surrounded by a bunch of incoherent pseudo-philosophical blabbering draped in shiny and fancy effects that seemed to be clever for people that are easily impressed and fooled into watching a Kubrick movie (even though in reality they're watching a bad remake of Mario Bava's Planet Of the Vampires). I don't know how you can herald that movie as "good" or "great" when there's obvious continuity errors and editing goofs as plot inconsistencies and weak writing. Come on, there's people that actually die in a scene and yet to be seen perfectly alive and kicking 2 scenes after. Penelope Quail
It's a story within the Alien universe. And false. Prometheus was the first not to be hollow and vapid. It is filled with so much it's unbelievable. What you call plot holes are simply things that went over your head.

Penelope Quail
Are you serious? Obviously. Are YOU? Prometheus was a 2 hour trailer with absolutely no payoff what so ever with plot devices leading nowhere... False on all accounts. Prometheus had a classic golden age science fiction ending. The best science fictions end open to set out imaginations wild. The Hollywood studios tampered with the ending of ALIEN, which is why it's so wrapped up neatly an inneffective in comparison to what Ridley originally planned. Luckly they didn't tamper with the Prometheus one and we were left with the amazing bizzare premise Edited February 27, 2013 by space biscuit
dashrendar44
There's no plot holes in Prometheus. Seriously? You may consider a stand-up comedian career. You're hilarious.
Penelope Quail
The only thing hillarious is you taking pride in your own ignorance. What you label as a hole = Ridley not spoonfeeding you like a toddler. This isn't Transformers. This isn't Green Lantern. This isn't Rise of the Planet of the Apes it's a true Golden Age science fiction about mystery and wonder. Something tweens are not used to.
