Well one would think the categorisethat only had two people in them last time and still have two people in them this time will probably yieldthe same results unless someone changes their votes (or someone doesn't vote)

If we do, which ever film is ranked highest in the CC will win. Seems like the fairest and unbiased method

Depends on the number of people that vote. If it's an odd number the tie will be clearly broken, but if it's even theres a chance it might result in another tie.

No, that's not a fair method. If after tiebreakers you're still at 6, the fairest method is just to have 6 nominees.
