JCS
It's 16% down from ROTK, pretty much in line with global average. It wasn't going to top ROTK, Hobbit had a great run in the UK and is the number 2 OS market for it! I think WIR should be number 1 next week unless Les Mis has a really good hold although I won't rule out I GIve It a Year. I think (and hope) WIR will be number 1 next weekend too! JCS
Weekend report is in! http://www.screendaily.com/box-office/les-misrables-tops-uk-box-office-for-fourth-week/5051377.article?referrer=RSS
JCS
Lincoln only dropped 17%! Pi had it's 1st weekend where it made under £1M. TLS dropped a whopping 81%! Les Mis crosses £30M.
Heretic
Django's gonna hit £15m. Very nice.Les Mis is unlikely to stay on top again this weekend. Wreck it Ralph should do £3-4m. With half term in two weeks, £20m may be a possibility for it. There hasn't been a kids animation for a long time now.
Jonwo
I just remembered that Warm Bodies is also out on Friday as well as Hitchcock. Think WB will crack 1m not sure on Hitchcock.
Heretic
Half term will be pretty strong this year.
JCS
WIR will appeal to teens and adults as well so should do very well, similar to the USA. Should be #1 next weekend. Edited February 4, 2013 by JCS
SchumacherFTW
I'm shocked with my Cineworld, we aren't getting Hitchcock. Usually they skew older so I expected they'd book it. Looking at the cannibalistic schedule atm though, This is 40 looks Dead on Arrival as well, my local isn't booking it on Valentines Day which probably isn't a good sign for it. Heretic
That'll probably flop. I Give it a year, on the other hand, could do very well.
SchumacherFTW
This is 40 likely could have been a hit if it released in september or october. I give it a year really seems to be gaining steam at the moment though. I hadn't heard of it until about a month ago.
Heretic
I hadn't heard of it until last week when I saw ZDT. The trailer was very, very funnyand got a brilliant reaction.
Jonwo
A Good Day to Die Hard will do very well for its four day opening. I think it'll do £6-7m which is similar to what Taken 2 did back in October, there hasn't been a decent action film in ages and AGDTDH fits the bill and should do nicely over half-term
JCS
Not sure if the new Die Hard will reach Taken 2 levels. Taken was a lot more popular than Die Hard 4.0 I think.
Heretic
This upcoming weekend will be pretty big.I'm gonna say £3.5m for Wreck It Ralph. I really think I give it a year's gonna break out. I see it opening to around £2-2.5m. Hitchcock could also do well with £1-1.5m and probably a similar number for Warm Bodies. Django and Les Mis should also hold fairly well too.
JCS
Can't see I Give It A Year passing £2M this weekend... Anyway, has The Hobbit passed Avengers yet? Should be close.
Heretic
Yes it has at £51,669,507.F&F6 could be very interesting. I wonder if the fact London seems to be its predominant setting will give it a boost. The franchise has grown substantially and Fast Five made over $30m. I expect somewhere between $40-50m for it given to goodwill of Fast Five too.

Half term will boost all three openers.
