Hopefully it’s closer to Clerks 1&2 rather than Jay & Silent Bob Reboot. I love Kev, but that one was tough to get through to say the least…

Smith's early work was very formative for me but I cannot stand him as a filmmaker anymore, purposefully lazy and unwilling to ever accept criticism or grow. The Reboot was particularly painful to sit through...I'll probably still end up seeing Clerks III against my better judgment though.

Looks fun and appears to have more of a plot than Jay & Silent Bob Reboot, hopefully he’s dialled down the endless nonsensical cameos though.
