IndustriousAngel
I think it's still possible; especially family films can increase the following weekend if weather is bad, and there's nearly no other family stuff in theaters. IndustriousAngel
At least Minions has a decent drop. MI5's drop is ok too if you consider that its target demo got attacket by Hitman47. But the drops are from an already horrible last weekend, so the numbers are simply bad bad bad.

IndustriousAngel
yeah I hoped JW would crawl to #2 but some very bad summer weeks made it impossible. well, at least, with Spectre and SW on the horizon, 50SoG shouldn't be in the Top3 anymore by the end of 2015 ^^

Maybe french comedy "Sous les jupes des filles" can attract some business, too - at least there's some well-known actresses in it, and the same goes for "Ricki and the Flash". That's open air shows, mainly ... the total is very good but still below 4mil admissions (JW crossed 4mil). "Intouchables", by comparison, had more than 9mil admissions! That's how high french comedies can go in Germany ...

Not in its original run, I think - open air season is ending now - but with this success, it's sure to get some shows next sommer, too, so in the long run it'll hit the 4mil. The 12 Tasks of Asterix made more admissions in Germany than France. Yep, was very well liked (and the first Asterix I saw on the big screen)
