For example: Dunkirk was the most commented film during the Dec 12-18th week, with 313k new conversations and it had totallized including that week. Another matter is if this kind of metrics has high relevance in future box office. Thank you, I was not sure if it is about the US 'chatter', the ww, or the Spanish part of it. And if here is even an interest for those kind of information. In the times I am here and as such following the BO tweets I do see repeatedly details for a lot of countries, I am not sure about if there is interest for it. Incl for which country which detail... Let me know if I post something you think does not belong here or is not of interest? I do not want to 'force-feed' unwanted infos Have fun!

I have never understood very well what they mean with those several tweets along the weekend. One can imagine that each new post reveals the current ranking with the cume of the weekend until that moment. Or maybe, they divide the weekend in some hours periods and they publish the ranking of each sub-period. But sincerely, I do not know what they do mean with each tweet.

But sincerely, I do not know what they do mean with each tweet. they tweet those for weekdays also, but not regular. I have a lot of sub-accounts of them on my twitter list/feed (I use different, depends on what I am looking for for the moment), to try to see what hey mean. Based on the different rankings I am thinking maybe one type is admissions, the other money? Or the money changed considerable from est. to actuals I posted them also in the hope someone will find actual top ten money and / or admission charts, to have them all and try to see the pattern? I hope InsideKino.de will update soon, or one of you here will with the Spanish sources I already started to check if they have it already done, but at of this moment it is still the last weekend as the last added. http://www.insidekino.com/BO/E2016.htm Same at BOM http://www.boxofficemojo.com/intl/spain/ The only one who had at least started to present the actual weekend chart is the-numbers.com again. They add as the get the details also during the weekeday's actuls, that is great IMHO, if waiting for certain details, but they are still behind with OS after the first OS estimates come in, the do not do the slightly adjusted OS est. adjusting during the weekend, that BOM does, and get more slowly as BOM, if the film is in release for a time (some late OS finals never got added) Weekend Spain Chart for December 23rd, 2016 (EUR) ← Previous Chart Chart Index Movie Genre Gross Change Thtrs. Per Thtr. Total Gross Days - new Sing Adventure €2,008,440 0 €2,008,440 4 with exactly one title. http://www.the-numbers.com/box-office-chart/weekend/2016/12/23/Spain/EUR I wrote this here mostly for the ones newer to BO readers, so they might get an idea where to look for English written numbers also (InsideKino.de is German, but the presentation incl poster helps)
peludo
I think it is just money. Look at the first tweet of the weekend. Assasin's was first but along the weekend it has dropped, with Rogue One on top. At the end, Rogue One has won the weekend.

Yes, money wise it was #1, hence why I thought the later tweets are about admissions, as I guess Sing / Canta has way less 3D, and far more children ticket prices. Do you have an admission source, even if it will take time till they get reported?
