  1. I'm not much of a repeat cinema viewer, once is usually enough for me, but I did see TDK 3 times, the last one in Imax!
  2. I expected MIB3 todo well in asia they love sci-fi! didn't expect it to bomb so hard in europe however
  3. I wonder what impact the queens jubilee will have on films over the bank holiday period, can't see many people going to the cinemas on Tuesday, unless they're trying to escape all the jubilee craziness, lol.
  4. It seems the two oldest films are beating out more recent ones, it's a sign of how they've lasted the test of time, although Titanic willing this poll is clearly wrong.
  5. Glad to see ID4 owning this poll! It had one of the best teaser trailers I've ever seen for a movie. The white house getting blown to shit *chills*
  6. There's been some pretty awful $1 billion grossers, but out of that list I'd say TS3 and ROTK.
  7. Yes they did, gives me hope it might do well in the uk
  8. I'm pretty rubbish when it comes to dragging my ass to the cinema, always plan to watch so many films at the start of summer but hardly end up seeing any. My must see's are: Prometheus and TDKR, my will see at some point are: Bourne, TASM, Dictator, E2, Abraham Lincoln, and Brave. My couldn't pay me to see are: GI Joe 2 and Batttleship.
  9. Sure do, watching it the way Ridley intended, glorious 3D!
  10. This current Avengers love-in reminds me of when IM1 first opened everyone said how awesome it was, better then BB etc. fast forward a few years and it's not nearly as loved as it once was. I've always regarded it as overrated. I'd put Avengers in the same boat, sure it's fun and entertaining but i wouldn't place it ahead of TDK or SM2 interms of quality.
  11. Yeah been to the bfi a few times, really awesome experience, although it helped that both films were good also. Got my Prometheus tickets booked!
