I think alot of us here have a pretty good gauge on how a movie can open. It takes a certain social-/psychological-/political feeling sometimes. The numbers for Detroit suck. I would think with everything going on, it would make people want to see Detroit even more!! especially with the talent behind the film. With Everything going in the world, it made me want to get out to see it as soon as I could! I do not understand people.
