where is Tomorrowland? Avengers jump seems very light. Insidious may hang on for a few more weeks now. not surprised by Entourage's jump. SUrprised by Pitch Perfect still pulling in strong #s. If Inside Out does not hurt it, then i suppose Ted 2 should have no affect on PP2? Spy should increase up to 3M by tomorrow morning. it is seeing a somewhat light jump. it is like there is one category of strong jumps for Mad Max, Entourage, Pitch Perfect, Insidious, and San Andreas. and on the other side of moderate jumps is Spy, Jurassic World and Avengers. Avengers should not be there!! It had a per theater average of 200 during the weekdays and it jumps to 350 for Friday. I have noticed these numbers at Deadline can go up ALOT. i just wonder why they report 3 digit numbers to the thousandth place. there should be a justification for this inaccuracy.

small weekday numbers. if the Wednesday-Friday increases mimic the past 6 years, we could see some pretty bad drops and an per screen average of under 4,000 for all holdovers. However, when comparing weekend percentage drops, the last six years all seem to average 35-45% weekend drops from one week to the next. Hopefully that trend holds and Weds/Thurs increases to Friday are more 'normal' in the 150% area

I was predicting TOmorrowland to do Home numbers. Removing Thursday estimates, Tomorrowland did 9 million Friday. I think increases and holds are in films favor this weekend. sports playoff competition is about even from last week and all increases last week were greater than previous year comparisons. if all factors work out in Tomorrowland's favor, it could see a potential maximum increase of 50% adding 4.5 million from the 9 million real Friday number. 9 + 4.5 = 13.5 Saturday. maybe it will do 12 million Sunday and 10 million Monday. 36 3day weekend, 46 4day weekend. Poltergeist is PG-13 3-D and appeals to older adults too. good reason to believe it increases 25% today from real Friday number. i estimate 10 million Saturday, 8.5 million Sunday, 5.6 million Monday. 8 + 1.4 + 10 + 8.5 + 5.6 = 27.9 3day, 33.5 4 day
