Isn't a ticket price problem, the question is that singalong version was played largely only in toho cinemas, so with more singalong toho had more admissions but the same national market share, or better, the frozen's toho market share was higher than the other cinemas and that caused a decrease of toho x.

Unfortunately this two cinemas aren't a good term of comparison because they have always been those with higher saturation for Frozen. So for today: all the other cinemas I count are very low, at the moment we have about 25% of seats in presale, that may not be a bad thing, Frozen needs a 40% average sat/sun to match OW.

Weekend presales: at the moment low (only 8/65 shows over 50%+ in my theaters panel). I hope it will do better in next hours.

It's almost impossible to have a good result with a weak list of movies like this.

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with toys market.

This numbers are ridiculous: 1200 admissions to break top ten. Unfortunately (for cinemas) italians more like stay at home in front of a 50" led 3d smart tv.

Finding Nemo final gross is inflated by a minor re-release in 2006 and a major 3d re-release in 2012. In its original run, in 2003, it grossed about 330M$ Dom and 440M$ OS (less than Matrix reloaded in same year)

Presales in 11 tokio cinemas (the same of past two days) are very high on morning and afternoon: 26/38 soldout or near (average +90%), 6/38 average +75% and 6/38 average +30%. On evening there are less shows (17 vs 26 today) but was all small screen: at the moment 2/17 +80% 2/17 +50% and 13/17 -50% (some of this still empty). I think 95/105k if evening isn't so weak.

In past days S.A. admissions were always in growth. For what i know it played only in toho (i'm not sure). Past weekend toho was flat but 109 and kinezo down, and total was down, this weekend all are up, and total was up but less than toho up (47% vs 40%). For officials, BOM usually update on wed, Boxoffice.com on thr, i don't know about japanese sources. I hope screendaily tell us something about first three days of this week on friday.

Toho X is lower than OW (Corpse said 10,8M$ for sat/sun, so toho x 60,3). To compare it in right way, we must subtract singalong admissions. I think it need about 120k adm without singalong to match or surpass OW
