  1. For me: 50% The potential the Anthology series could bring to Star Wars and Hollywood 25% VADAH 25% Amazing and beautiful cast of diverse and unique characters, all of them either up-and-comers, or severely underrated actors.
  2. Well I didn't know who he was until this year, so I had no idea he was this talented.
  3. It sucks that Ben Foster's other 2016 efforts were so bad, because this movie proves that he can really, really act. He's easily the highlight of the movie, and hopefully this movie gives him better scripts.
  4. I see it grossing inbetween Alice 2 and Tomorrowland #s. But I doubt the budget will be anything extreme, so it'll probably be a success. I'd love for it to break out though; the premise sounds cool, and it's got my man Jake Gyllenhall. (And I assume you're excited to see Mr. Blake Lively in this movie. )
  5. 1. Rogue One 2. Passengers 3. La La Land 4. Lego Batman 5. Moonlight 6. Moana 7. Fantastic Beasts 8. Storks 9. Spider-Man: Homecoming 10. Doctor Strange
  6. http://www.slashfilm.com/the-dark-tower-trailer/ The first footage is arriving in October (trailer with Inferno I guess). I know very little about the books, but the cast is worth a ticket alone for me.
  7. Well it makes sense. If I had to take my kid to a movie, and I had to choose between a Monday or a Tuesday, I'd choose the day that would cost me $13 instead of $15-17.
  8. Y'know, insulting the other side sets more fuel to the fire. Do you really want to continue these flame wars?
  9. So does the domestic trailer actually reveal too much like it was rumored to?
  10. Oh yeah, I agree. I'm amazed that God's Not Dead 2 was given such rave reviews. And Meet the Blacks getting stellar praise? Those darn critics.
  11. I know right? McAvoy's able to give a character that had so little personality, and gave him so much likability, warmth, and heart. It sucks that he's still so underrated in Hollywood.
  12. Well if the characters actually had motivations that made sense and had more personality than just, "nice James McAvoy", "precocious Saorise Ronan", and "sad Keira Knightley", maybe I'd sing a different tune. Everything else about it is great, but its main cog is just...ugh.
  13. Atonement's really not that good, tbh. How it was nominated for Best Screenplay, let alone Best Picture is baffling.
