Beast Greater Philadelphia Area Seat Report Final Count Sellouts Showings Seats Sold Total Seats Perct Sold TOTALS 0 48 416 7722 5.39% Total Seats Sold Today: 215 Comp 0.528x of Jungle Cruise (1.42M) 0.294x of Candyman (559K) 0.132x of Nope (843K) Jungle Cruise isn't a good enough genre comp, and I honestly feel Candyman overperformed in Philly big time, even for the usual fare that overindexes here. So...yeah, the Nope comp makes a good amount of sense. Still kinda feel the movie could have and should have done better than this, but whatever.

  6. I don't usually get all that affected by the "This movie is now X years old" posts, but this honestly threw me for a loop. I can still picture myself being nine years old and watching the movie's premiere at my grandparents house. Where has the time gone?

  10. Not to be mean, but people have talked endlessly about this movie and its run for months. Where it will go, what the legs will be at, etc. The big issue now is that there's no real surprises anymore or anything to really discourse about at this point. We've all talked about why the movie grossed what it did, we've seen the movie's holds, we all know it will hit 700M. What else is there to talk about that's already been said? And besides, TGM has been mentioned in every single weekday/weekend thread and has been dedicatedly tracked by several users.
