  1. That's only 8 days of presales if that holds. Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
  2. Dolittle Greater Philadelphia Area Seat Report T-2 and Counting Sellouts Showings Seats Sold Total Seats Perct Sold TOTALS 0 38 80 6,509 1.23% Total Shows Added Today: 11 Total Seats Added Today: 1,178 Total Seats Sold Today: 18 Comp 0.769x of Dora 2 days before release (961K) 1.333x of Abominable (867K) 0.460x of Addams Family (575K) 0.329x of Maleficent (757K) 2.424x of Playing with Fire (1.09M) 0.277x of Jumanji (1.3M) It's...better. At the very least, I feel more confident in 1M previews, though of course, that's kind of damning with faint praise. Take what you can get I suppose.
  3. Bad Boys for Life Greater Philadelphia Area Seat Report T-2 and Counting Sellouts Showings Seats Sold Total Seats Perct Sold TOTALS 0 79 1,402 15,251 9.19% Total Shows Added Today: 39 Total Seats Added Today: 6,407 Total Seats Sold Today: 470 Comp 1.527x of Once Upon 2 days before release (8.86M) 0.734x of It: Chapter Two (7.71M) 0.548x of Joker (7.29M) 5.231x of Gemini Man (8.37M) 4.522x of Terminator (10.63M) 7.302x of 21 Bridges (5.11M) Adjusted Comp 0.254x of The Lion King (5.84M) 1.956x of Hobbs & Shaw (11.35M) Even more impressive than today's sales was the boost in showtimes. Granted part of it was some theaters getting their shows up, but...you don't get to nearly double the previous showtimes just on a few theaters finally getting Thursday shows up. We'll see how higher the movie will go, though again, don't expect previews to even reach the low-end.
  4. I just got back to college yesterday. I don't know the exact numbers, but I wouldn't be surprised if other colleges didn't come back until yesterday either.
  5. This is the first Monday that pretty much all schools and colleges are back, and it's week-to-week drop is almost identical to Jumanji and The Grudge. It's not that bad.
  6. Moderation @aladdino @JB33 I already know where this is going, and I don't want it here. If you really want to vent your frustrations, do it through PMs
  7. Don't know where to put this, but might as well put it here. Exciting!
  8. Dolittle Greater Philadelphia Area Seat Report T-3 and Counting Sellouts Showings Seats Sold Total Seats Perct Sold TOTALS 0 27 62 5,331 1.16% Total Seats Added Today: 59 Total Seats Sold Today: 5 Comp 0.660x of Dora 3 days before release (824K) 1.348x of Abominable (876K) 0.653x of Addams Family (816K) 0.283x of Maleficent (651K) 2.296x of Playing with Fire (1.03M) 0.266x of Jumanji (1.25M) So...yeah, more comps doesn't really help this movie's case. But hey, maybe it'll do better in the next couple days. Crazier things have happened.
  9. Bad Boys for Life Greater Philadelphia Area Seat Report T-3 and Counting Sellouts Showings Seats Sold Total Seats Perct Sold TOTALS 0 40 932 8,844 10.54% Comp 1.432x of Once Upon 3 days before release (8.3M) 0.602x of It: Chapter Two (6.32M) 0.463x of Joker (6.16M) 3.932x of Gemini Man (6.29M) 3.655x of Terminator (8.59M) 6.340x of 21 Bridges (4.44M) Adjusted Comp 0.193x of The Lion King (4.44M) 1.689x of Hobbs & Shaw (9.8M) At first glance, this is probably going to make people here go nuts and expect this to hit 80M or something. However, it's important to recognize Philly demographics. Philly is a majority black city, and Will Smith was born and raised in West Philadelphia. So yeah, there's a lot of Bad Boys fans here. But on the other hand, that's still very strong interest and indicates it should still do a lot of money nationwide I feel. It's especially helped since both el sid and Inceptionzq's data indicate good things. Of course, Inception's data is also skewed since Denver has a significant Latino demographic. But regardless of all that, it would not surprise me if Bad Boys gets to 40M for the 3-Day, at least as of now.
