Big issue for Argylle is that these kinds of Bullet Train-style action comedies all get boosted by having some big A-list actor leading the production. Ryan Reynolds, Sandra Bullock/Channing Tatum, Brad Pitt. Fall Guy's probably going to do strong money with both Emily Blunt and Ryan Gosling fresh off his biggest hit ever. Argylle's big headlining actor is...*checks notes* Sam Rockwell. That's not exciting enough.
Will also sing this movie's praises. It's hilarious, yet also brutal and hard-hitting. A fantastic ensemble of lost souls who are all trying to find comfort in their struggles from the past and finding comfort with each other despite having nothing in common. It's good stuff all around.
Why are we trusting a random Marvel fan account that an Eternals 2 is totes for sure happening? Do you not know you're supposed to trust verifiable sources? Like it doesn't even have 1K likes on that tweet. This feels like somebody just brought it up to start a random "Marvel sucks" fight.
Well yesterday was my birthday. Wanted to try and catch Hunger Games, but like I said, was too tired to do so. But I did play Mario Kart with my siblings. That was nice.
Haven't seen it. Wanted to earlier today, but I was so tired and my sleep schedule has been out of whack since I'm working overnights during the holidays. My body can't handle staying up that late and needs extra rest. Hopefully I can see it Sunday the 26th, but I don't know. Want to get to it soon tho!
I've seen people bring up that poll before to mock Gen Z (we as a culture need to stop this whole "This generation sux" crap. Seriously), but the thing is that UCLA was polling people as young as 13. So literal children. Like there's a big difference in young folks' interest in sex when they are high schoolers compared to when they are in their 20s. I was repulsed by sex 10 years ago. Now I'm 26 and it doesn't phase me even a little. I even find myself writing the occasional self-fiction with fictional characters I like.

Don't want to say where I live for obvious reasons, but yeah, I'm about a half-hour drive away. And yeah, there's nice opportunities there, some fun landmarks, nice locations to hang out in. My sisters live there and are currently doing great stuff in their post-grad lives. Kinda depends though on what you're looking for career and life goal wise.
The downfall of superhero box office in the span of one year is still utterly astonishing. Ant-Man 3 really killed a whole-ass genre in one foul swoop. At least when comedy movies died, it was a gradual thing nobody even noticed until it was too late.
