    If M3GAN is good (say, Smile or Split level quality) I could see it having a run pretty much on par with @Eric in Boots’s prediction. If it’s mediocre or bad, it’ll be closer to @WrathOfHan’s prediction. Honestly, with regards to this film, I feel like each of your predictions are the bookend grosses, and whoever ends up closer depends on quality.

    Movie itself was visually awesome, but there’s nothing really groundbreaking about the BO run yet. But I do love the Walter Mitty GIF.

    Seeing this on Xmas day I think. Fully prepared to be the only guy in the theatre, but I will be bopping to Whitney just as hard as all the 50+ moms in there with me.

    If we're ranking James Cameron films, I just want to throw in my two cents and say that Titanic is genuinely one of the best films ever made. And I can't remember which critic it was that said it, but it is truly the Gone With the Wind of this generation.

    Does anyone have a concrete figure on the budget? Someone I know keeps saying the budget is “at least 2 billion” and therefore the movie needs to make 4B WW to break even and it’s starting to annoy me (they’re one of those Marvel fanboys where even Eternals was a huge hit).

    So Avatar 1 revisiting after 10+ years. I don’t know what people’s problem with this movie is. It’s a lot of fun! Sure, there was 20 minutes or so when he was getting to know the Nav’i where I thought it dragged, but for a 2.5 hour movie to have 2 hours of it keeping me fully engaged, that’s pretty good.

    @Elessar @Eric Dielman @IronJimbo @ZeeSoh @SchumacherFTW Alright I think I have it decided (partly decided by my friends lol) but I'm seeing it at the smaller theatre in regular 2D on the 16th with them, since everyone is going on that day, and then again in IMAX 3D on the 20th when I head back home for Christmas. Best of both worlds.
