  1. Fucking jessica chastain wanting to do "interesting movies" and work with "interesting directors". She is inhuman.
  2. 42. 109 POINTS "You two sons of bitches are going to college!" Released: 2012 Directed by Phil Lord and Chris Miller One of a remarkably small number of action-comedies in the past few years, hitting all the right marks with both critics and audiences, 21 JUMP STREET sneaks in to rank #42.
  3. Wow, 8M is great, it will do significantly better than my estimated 14M. I thought it would do awfully, this is kind of okay. WoM will be bad though, legs will collapse imminently.
  4. 43. 108 POINTS "Sarcasm is the refuge of losers." Released: 2006 Directed by Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris A dramedy with a strong cast and good reviews? Mark it down for our list. LITTLE MISS SUNSHINE parks up at #43.
  5. I'm not convinced. They can still be made on a very small budget and earn a lot of money. If a movie grosses 30M in wide release, that isn't usually very impressive. When it was made for a couple million $, it's actually pretty great. Horror films will continue to attract teen audiences to the cinema. Teens come out for every single piece of garbage horror film that gets shoved in their face.
  6. Great year for Chastain.! Jurassic World, The Martian and now Crimson Peak !
  7. Now to get a Chris Hemsworth-Chris Evans sex scene in Infinity War. Please. I ask you kindly, Mr. Feige.
  8. Death Proof is utter garbage and I'm glad Tarantino appears to recognise that. Jackie Brown on the other hand...
  9. Why is it bad? The movie is in wide release, is this audience you speak of incapable of watching movies if they're not doing well?
  10. I actually thought GOOSEBUMPS could break out and get 30+ this weekend. Too early to tell for sure but doesn't look hopeful.
  11. Because the film is getting an early VOD release. Not a day one VOD release, not even a VOD release while it's in cinemas, but it is being released online two weeks after it leaves cinemas. So some cinemas are boycotting it as they don't want to support the notion of on demand releases moving slightly earlier.
  12. Oh if deadline isn't finished yet then: The Martian - 216M Sicario - 47M The Walk - 14M Pan - 53M

  14. Poorly made trailer but I'm looking forward to it regardless. It's got the original writer and the original cast, and I thoroughly enjoyed the style of the games, so what can go wrong?
  15. Yeah no matter how it does OW, it is going to drop like a rock when audiences figure out it's not a horror movie.
