Well I thought it was Sean Penn. He used to have an uncanny resemblance to his brother. And the only Chris Penn movie from 84 I can think of is Footloose and I know it's not that.
Well the poster mentions the next chapter in the Conjuring Universe and you'd have to practically be living under a rock to go into this movie without knowing Annabelle was in The Conjuring.
If you would have told me before the first one opened that we would be here 4 years later with the prequel to a spinoff opening in the same range I wouldn't believe it. It's truly amazing how much success this serie has had.
This. There's a reason she won the Oscar. And I don't see how you can compare that performance with that of a comedy movie love interest (and I loved her in that movie as well).
I'm expecting Inhumans to BOMB. In the words of Homer Simpson why pay for something you can see on TV for free (especially when it looks flat out terrible).
Well the movie's rated R for violence/horror and bloody images so I doubt it's tame. I'm sure the only reason the preview didn't show more was because they wanted to save it for the actual movie.
Just seen the 4 minute preview and Man is Skarsgard's performance good. I am truly amazed at how much it sounded like what I pictured while reading the book. I plan on catching Annabelle tomorrow night and getting a better look at the scene.
