  1. Just caught Room and Spotlight this weekend in preparation. I think I'm pulling for Spotlight over Revenant for Best Picture.
  2. The cast is enough to make me see Triple 9. I mean Daryl from The Walking Dead and Jesse from Breaking Bad are enough but to add Winslet, Gadot, Affleck, Harrelson, Mackie, and Ejiofor. Too bad my theater didn't get it this weekend.
  3. I plan on seeing all 3. Might check out Allegiant not sure yet. After BvS there really isn't anything I want to see till Civil War.
  4. I'm curious to check out Goosebumps just cause I loved the books and show so much. Not a big Jack Black fan though which is why I haven't seen any of the Kung Fu Panda movies.
  5. I seen Toy Story 3 opening day at a 2:30 show with practically a full theater of adults and we all were in tears at the end. I'm not usually an animated movie guy but the originals were my favorite movies growing up and I'll probably be there opening day for 4.
  6. BTW if my crowd was any indication I'm expecting at least a $10 million opening weekend for God's Not Dead 2.
  7. Seen Risen tonight. Overall I thought it was pretty decent. Is it the next The Ten Commandments or Ben-Hur ? Of course not but at least it was a step up from faith based movies like God's Not Dead and War Room.I didn't even realize that Malfoy was in this movie.
  8. From their first performance I knew they would make it big. I remember seeing The Three Stooges and going this is PG right ?
  9. Domestic Totals: Deadpool- 365m Batman V. Superman- 450m Captain America: Civil War- 415m X-Men: Apocalypse- 220m Suicide Squad- 320m Doctor Strange- 180m
  10. This is honestly the most shocked I have ever been by a movie's box office performance. It still hasn't hit me that no matter what this movie's going over 300m domestic.
  11. The Would Carrie Underwood Survive The Zombie Apocalypse survey was pretty good too. Seeing it at like 89% no had me lose it. Can't believe it stabilized in the 60's after she stated her case.
  12. I was talking about my experience today with Deadpool . Sorry if I wasn't clear. I obviously didn't mean Pride and Prejudice.
  13. The fact that it's not from a major studio is the weird part. The movie doesn't even have its own Wikipedia page.
  14. I got the weirdest trailer with Deadpool today. It was some The Purge parody starring Mike Epps that looked like it could pass for A Haunted House 3. No Batman V. Superman, Civil War, Apocalypse, or Suicide Squad. Just this, Neighbors 2, and Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates.
