  1. Nolan is too scared to release on the same date as Avatar : ) Should be alright to have both
  2. I would hope we will have an Avatar one in December 2017. After all it will be the release time of the sequel to the highest grossing film of all time.
  3. You're putting words in my mouth here, it was a side note which you turned into a debate.
  4. bad writing can be attributed to laziness
  5. Sure thats what I meant by the scenario being ludicriously unlikely, bad writing.
  6. People keep seeming to think that I'm not a new user, probably because people who liked Avatar are rare on the internet. (Not in real life though, 2.8b WW, #2selling blu-ray OAT)
  7. Tiring? I seem to recall this thread being the only thing keeping some users up when they want to sleep. some even made late for work
  8. Not at all, I just wanted you to understand how ludicriously unlikely the scenario is.
  9. It was produced by Andrew Wight... Edit: Star Wars has gotten old already?
  10. Ok Darth Dexter of Hoth, you're an expert on the matter so I'll take your word for it. I'm not sure, that's what quoting is for.
  11. I notice you didn't mention the tv tier action scenes, nonsensical and thousands of air punches.
  12. http://wegotthiscovered.com/movies/leonardo-dicaprio-playing-spiderman-james-cameron/ If they let Jim do spiderman we wouldn't have the family tier humour and tv series action superhero flicks we have today. It would have grew into a stronger genre.
  13. The 4 Avatar Films will make more than Speilbergs entire filmography combined. Considering Avatar 2 will make 18b and all :>
  14. The Terminator opened in 1121 and Terminator 2: Judgment Day opened too 2,495 cinemas. From this we can deduce difference in constellation power and use it to effect the T2 with Avatar estimation giving a 45% drop from the 18b. Giving a predicted total of 8.1b. I would say this estimation is more valid than the Alien to Aliens one because Alien isn't a Jim film.
