Trailer seems to be playing well on line, the response seems good. Even if I didn’t like the trailer much I’m glad others did and I’m hoping I like the next trailer more.

Maybe, I guess it just wasn’t what I was expecting. I’ll wait to see another trailer and then decide if I wanna see this in theatres or not. For now this didn’t do much for me.

No idea what this movie is going for. Strange trailer imo.

Just for the record, I’m not expecting massive numbers for this. I mean sure it could break out huge as the comic book genre is massive right now but I’m hoping for similar numbers to the first movie.

Not that I’ve checked views but since you mentioned it I just looked and it’s over 2.5m on YouTube and 3.4m on twitter, and you’re welcome to think whatever you like with regards to hype.

Overall I’m just excited we get all these different comic book movies as I truly love them all. I’m obviously a bigger DC fan but marvel has done such a fantastic job with their universe that I’m always excited to hear what feige has planned next. With regards to actual hype I don’t think DC can match marvel at this time. Just look at trailer views etc from Black Widow, this week, they’re pretty massive. DC trailers can’t come close to those views/likes that marvel achieves so for DC it’s more of a movie to movie basis for hype and see how it goes from there. Aquaman didn’t have massive trailer views or likes and it was pretty big ( massive overseas) where as Joker had much higher trailer views and likes and will finish under Aquaman WW. I understand it’s a different movie with a different rating but I’m just saying. Next for DC is BOP which again doesn’t have big hype, pretty meh trailer views and likes etc, so we’ll see how it plays out box office wise after it releases. We’ll see what WB does for marketing that with the R rating.

I was kidding, and I’m glad watchmen was good, I have it recorded so I can watch it tomorrow. Crisis was good also lol.

I would be shocked if this opened around the first one, I think 130-140m for opening weekend, hype seems pretty high(unless reviews are really bad).Leg wise you could be right for sure. I think this should increase a bit overseas as well as the first one only did a bit over 400m.

Just got in from being out all day, trying to catch up lol. Really great week for trailers, loved this one also.

Apparently Johns is delivering his script for GL by the end of the year so that movie is still happening. So I guess they’re doing GL on HBO Max and theatrical? Would be cool if they connected. I’d be fine with the trench and a movie about the amazons being on HBO max but they’ll probably try and maximize profits wherever they can, so we’ll see.

Ya I think the WB panel is at 2:30pm est, then WW at 3:30pm.

I’m curious who will be involved in this.

Ya it was trending ww awhile ago but i don’t think it is anymore. It’s good they dropped the teaser when they did cause marvel is about to have a panel and they will probably show some cool stuff also.

Trending worldwide on twitter. I’m such a big fan of Gal, I can understand people being worried that this won’t be as good as the first but I just watch Gal as WW in the teaser and I can’t help but smile. I already know I’m going to love this.
