If anything the trailers scared the people that were already not liking Gunn's humour on Guardians 2. The trailers did nothing to attract anyone that was not on board already.

This is not relevant on LATAM because GoT aired super late on most places. Copa America usually makes you go out with friends and stay there all afternoon..

Yeah context matters that is why the highest OW in the pandemic + whatever money it makes on Disney+, pushed back for so long and a movie about a dead character is in no context dissapointing, people are just mad they will never know the Disney+ numbers.

Many critics disliked Joker because controversy at the time, it had nothing to do with anything you said. People should look at things before jumping into conclusion.

Joker had the controversy dropping the score, this has none. Ofc not saying it's unwatchable, just that the comparison is not the same.

Currently at 74%, at the beginning I was expecting a GOTG 2 type of drop, but it seems a more fitting comparison was Iron Man 2 and it is still missing like half of the total reviews.

That is why I said with less than 200 reviews, this is most likely getting over 400 and it's most likely going to drop even more if it keeps going.

Feige already said that Ikaris is going to be important in the MCU so I don't get the crying, besides there is always the Eternals sequels without Black Knight.

It was said since the casting process that the leads were Sersi and the human character... It's not shocking at all, it's the human POV, he is basically Chris Pine in Wonder Woman, he was obviously going to be the lead. That does not mean the others are not going to be important, you can say Cap and Iron-man were always the lead in the avengers movies.

Aou was not even that hated... People were already hyped again by Civil War. And it dropped just 100millions WW, meanwhile the sequels of every movie that beat AOU in 2015 could not even reach AOU's total, showing that Avengers had better retention WW than Fast and Furious, Jurassic Park and Star Wars.
