CAYOM Oscars Nomination feelings: TFW you have three films in one category but you are destined to lose. Chrysalids and Silent Hill got snubbed for BP and I’m surprised at Spark but hey FGG got his nom giving me a bit more strength. Felt some other films got snubbed for smaller categories but that’s just me. All and all this is a great line up.

To be honest animation this year was weak.

Was secretly hoping My Peoples would've got something for score. Oh well.

I am pretty sure I voted Bioshock for PD.

I’m sensing a pattern here.

The scene where the X-Force gets slaughtered after 5 minutes after introduction had me laughing the most and probably was imo the best joke in the movie especially because they hyped it up in the trailers.

Illuminati already started their marketing crusade for this. When I went to see Deadpool 2 at my AMC theater, they started playing Grinch ads in between the trailers, with the Grinch doing hijinks.

Been behind on tracking but I have two things to say. 1.) Solo is seeling well naturally but has less Thursday showtimes than either Panther, IW, or even DP2. It has 5 and if my memory is correct is the same amount as JL and T:R 2.) Incredibles 2 is definitely going to be the biggest selling family film here surpassing DM3 and Coco soon at their starting points.

Well after Deadpool 2, I have a huge problem with Blue and Gold.

Deadpool 2 was fucking hysterical.

These Grinch ads are stupid af in front of AMC movies here. However it’s great marketing.
