    What I meant was that during the five day thanksgiving weekend, that these smaller studios do actuals for Wed and Thurs during the holiday and not major studios, I am aware of what you said but just wanted to point it out.

    I guess the top 4 this five and three day weekend will be Moana, FB, DS, Trolls, while the other new releases are not getting good WOM and seem like they will underperform judging by Asagardian God RTH estimates.

    Actually I checked various drive ins and the majority of the Moana Double Feature will be Doctor Strange, which means a good boost in box office for that doctor.

    @James Although Forum Films has stopped providing admission figure for their movies, b/c you est Doctor Strange to open at 86.506 admissions, is their a chance Next November when Thor 3 open, it will open to 100K admissions? I hope that Forum Films will provide admission agains next year too.

    Fantastic Beasts, Moana, and Doctor Strange may be the only movies this year to be in the 200 million area domestic, unless Passengers and Sings both go crazy and hit 200 million also.

    @James Also Doctor Strange is the first MCU movie to pass 5 Million Romanian Leu, and although Thor 2 is the highest grossing MCU film in Romania in US Dollars actually in Romanian currency it is the highest grossing for the MCU.

    @terrestrial I think Infinity War in 2018 has a chance to do a $200 million opening weekend in NA because of it being a huge spectacle with various characters from the MCU fighting Thanos, and if Disney markets it very well, and the fact that the Russo bros will direct it, and among others will erase the bad taste of AOU.

    I known that GOTG 2 will make over a $200 million cume in NA, but a $200 million opening weekend in North America, I do not think so.

    It seems since FB has a lower opening weekend number than HG CF in 2013, that the impact will not be huge on DS like TTDW had and that it's 3rd weekend should be bigger than TTDW 14 million take.

    I can not believe Paramount is not expanding the Arrival to 3,000 theaters but increasing it from 2,317 to 2,335 instead. How stupid Can Paramount be when the Arrival surpass expectations.

    I wonder today Thursday if Warner Brothers is going to give out the first day box office estimate numbers report for Fantastic Beasts worldwide since it opened yesterday in a few Countries like France and South Korea for example.
