I'm afraid that you don't understand meaning of word ,,probably''. Besides please stop trolling I have never accused anyone that he/she didn't like LJ but they write that they liked this movie. And don't forget that world is bigger than usa, and in most countries LJ had premiere few days earlier.

I have never said that people secrectly agrees with me even if they claim otherwise. I just stated the fact that many users is reading this topic but many of them didn't share their opinion. If they enjoyed it why they don't write this?

I was thinking that there will much more pages, probably users are afraid to admit that they didn't enjoy Last Jedi. Let's be honest it wasn't great movie.

Thank you for explanation. Your post is wonderful, and mine is shitty, because what i meant to say was that movies has to earn 3-3.5x it's budget to break even in cinemas before blueray, dvd, rental, tv. I think it's not possible to predict how much has to JL earn to break even because they will earn a lot of money thanks to merchandises.

So DH2 earned less than 5.4 mln (Wed-thur) will earn 14.6mln during FSS, and in total it will be 21.7 mln

Well the main problem is that even if you will be right that movie will have 100% or 150% gain in Friday, and your Sat and Sun percentage gain/loss also will be correct your estimations may still be f*cked because i don't think that many movies will be gaining or even staying equal to wednesay on Thanksgiving Day. Because of that imho it would have much more sense if you would gave us just your 3 or/and 5 day weekend numbers.

How can you think that movie which has over 80% woman audience(BM2) will gain almost 15% on Thanksgiving Day? I would say 30% down is waaay more possible scenario.

If they couldn't predict IT or JL, I don't know why i should believe them that Ferdinand may do 7.5 x ow, how many animation achieved this? Sing? And what else?

According to their predictions IT shoud have 46 mln $ ow, and JL 150 mln, so they're not very accurate...

Bad Moms 2 up 12% since Monday, and DH2 down 25%, but BOM is predicting that DH2 will do 3x better during weekend, that doesn't have a sens for me. -
It's already 60 mln ww against 28 mln budget.

Remember that sm:h started his run during summer, so they had really good weekdays, but soon with their september's numbers sm:h wouldn't be able to catch up between Mon-Thur more than 200-300k, so who will win box office battle will be determined on weekend, and I agree with you that It will have big drops, but sm:h also had big drops ( more than 42.5% on weekend 10,12,13,14,16).
