  1. @dudalb Don't you get tired of repeating the same things? You have told us many times that the movie is a big shit bomb and fans are deluded for having hope. Do you want some moderator to pin your posts here?
  2. 2 weeks after AQP2 1 week after Mulan Same week as Peter Rabbit 2 1 week before No Time to die #4 - #7 - out of theaters. Great job getting another flop to their collection. This. Even if the new trailer gets great reception, they won't spend much on P&A. This is sad, but at least it will be released. I'll be there on OD
  3. Will break the internet. Get ready. Thinking $150m WW before watching the new trailer. About Escape Room numbers.
  4. dudalb strikes again! It was taking too long. Let me tell you: BOT mods are developing a new futuristic tool for you. It will be called "multi-quote" and will allow you to quote multiple posts at once. Isn't it amazing?!
  5. Thank you for low-end prediction if New Mutants gets bad reviews. Even if it does $28m TOTAL in China, it will be a success.
  6. Disney' SW at Chinese Box Office: TFA 2016 ($125m) > Rogue One 2017 > Jedi 2018.1 > Solo 2018.2 > Skywalker 2019 (<$16m?) At this rate, in a few years we will see the first sub-zero movie box office in history 😧
  7. Let's not forget that Skywalker's previews are inflated, since it is the trilogy's finale and shows started 1 hour earlier than Jedi did.
  8. This was really good and funny, but I'm not surprised it is flopping. Cinema is a dead zone and I'm waiting for the next technology which will replace current cinema. If streaming is the future, I think they can to do better than its current system.
  9. So many flops and even successful superhero movies at bo are restricted to Marvel and DC. So... Are distributors doing some kind of charity to cinema owners? That's a nice gesture Warner, Lionsgate, Paramount and Universal, but this is unsustainable. Let Disney keep theaters alone. I guess cinemas will be fine getting 35% of their mega hits' box office. 🤷‍♀️
  10. Poor Angelina, Disney probably kidnapped some of her children and someone needs to pay the price of rescue. That would explain why she's getting into these weird projects. While Brad Pitt was having fun with DiCaprio and Tarantino, Angelina is saving her children. What an amazing human she is!
  11. Gemini Man concludes Will Smith's bomb Trinity, along with Sony's duo MIB 3 and After Earth. This unbelievable trilogy is going to give $200m+ of profit to Will Smith. Thanks for this amazing job, Sony, Paramount & friends. Your money will be in better hands.
  12. Budget is $138m. Financial target is to get lower loss than MIB 3. Poor Paramount.
  13. It's embarassing seeing @Thanos Legion trying to make IT 2 BO look not good. I didn't like the movie, but I feel shame on him and his useless efforts. Should I wasting my time trying to show the reasons why a $80m horror R movie sequel doing $90m DOM OW is amazing?
  14. Cinemas won't last forever. And when you see the biggest movies of the year are things like The Lion King and Aladdin remakes, it's time to let our sick friend to rest in peace... Unless there's some cool technology to bring people back. James Cameron, where are you? Once Disney+ is released, not even their things will be able to be big enough to keep cinemas' business.
  15. Not sure IT 2 is doing "only" $10m-$11m at previews. Based on reports, it is looking higher and Deadline's previews guesses are usually conservative.
  16. Why you people who are upset by this movie don't make an online petition asking Disney to cancel it? Don't forget to post the link here, please.
  17. Source? "In Fandango pre-sales, FB2 was pacing in sync with FB1 with the ticket-seller survey " https://deadline.com/2018/11/fantastic-beasts-the-crimes-of-grindelwald-weekend-box-office-opening-widows-viola-davis-green-book-1202503142/ Ghostbusters was a movie target to female audience while 22JS was target to male audience. Presales works differently. Yeah, presales have grown in 2 years, but not as much as you are thinking. IT 2 is a sequel to a phenomenon. It would be no surprise if its presales dropped from first movie. Even Star Wars 8 wasn't able to surpass SW7 presales, why should IT 2, a rated R horror? This record points a opening at least over $100m
