I was a bit sad that Avatar 2 isn't doing numbers it should have, after watching it, at least I don't have that weight but now it is doing more than it deserve to do.

Yeah main complaint is story and character. Yeah CGI is good but CGI is only there to support story and character, if those two aren't good, it doesn't matter how good it look.

JW clearly better, even though my rating for other two be similar, I will likely pick JWFK and JWD to rewatch over A2.

Yeah Tax is 18%, in some places like Tamil Nadu its around 38% for Hollywood due to local taxes. Overall it comes around 20-22%. But the big variable here is 3D charges and I am not fully sure on those. I believe the reported numbers are excluding 3D charges, which can take the Gross 30% higher than Nett.
