  1. I think we are overreacting 😛 it's just a website, we get data much earlier and clearer here. Not that Mojo was tracking or whatever, they were reporting studio numbers only. Those asking for franchises thing, don't be lazy https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_highest-grossing_films#Highest-grossing_franchises_and_film_series if not, there's plenty other sites too
  2. UAE Opening Weekend Toppers. Some films missing, but broad idea. 3. Alright that's bad but so much data at one place, completely free was perhaps too much to begin with. Design sucks completely.
  4. Leaving design aside, data seems better, has many countries in International tab. Cool.
  5. yeah that will be okay too, but I want to get Christmas. can't get Thanksgiving because.. Christmas may be.
  6. So about 1 month to trailer. Though this is my least awaited MCU film ever, but still waiting for it as it's been a long time since a MCU film. @Thanos Legion was right. We can totally like 4 films per year. Or if not, I will trade the February release with November/December release. I will like; April End July 1st Week December Mid week
  7. That's $8.5mn worth Thursday and $4.5mn Friday. Say another $4.5mn after that. 17.5-18mn in 27 hours. @Menor I think Cinemark might be overperforming for now as you mentioned you have only 80-85%. Besides ideally Cinemark should be half of AMC so even that match up. I think 18 will be ok for 24 hours.
  8. Exclusive: Daughter of the biggest Indian superstar is giving audition for Marvel's movie 'Ms. Marvel': 16 year old Kamala Khan who is a muslim inhuman (superhero). Mindy Kaling, Himesh Patel, Riz Ahmed offered other roles. Brie Larson will make a cameo as Captain Marvel. SRK Daughter Suhana Khan 🤔
  9. Parasite 135,907 JoJo 29,509 Lighthouse 45,301
  10. Sorry abhi, abhi ke liye 3.8 se kaam chala le.
  11. On second look, this looks worrisome, the above two had 1st 24 hours doing 10% or more of weekend. IYKWIM.
  12. Using 37% approx, gives $7.5mn for Thursday night and $3.5mn for Friday. Say another $3.5mn after opening day. That gives $14.5mn after 17 hours. Using 18% gives $9mn for Thursday, $4.5mn Friday and say another $4mn after Friday. That gives $17mn after 20 hours. This aligns well, separated by $2.5mn in 3 hours difference, say $16-17mn after 20 hours and $18-19mn Approx full day one. After considering few factors and actually seeing theatre wise gross, I up my Endgame projection to $37mn Approx, taking 40% of $15mn reported sale of AMC in 24 hours. Also, that will give around $25mn for Force Awakens and $14mn Approx for Infinity War. First 24 Hours estimated Sales. Avengers: Endgame: $37mn Approx Star Wars: The Force Awakens: $25mn Approx Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker: $18mn Approx Star Wars: The Last Jedi Avengers: Infinity War: $14mn
  13. I will use AMC ~37-38% of pre-sales, Regal ~27% and Cinemark around ~18%. @Porthos what was the ratio we used for Deep's number.
  14. AMC was 25% of opening day for Endgame, Thursday would have been around 30% Approx. Regal 21% (Thursday 22%) and Cinemark 12.5% (Thursday around 13.5-14%). So these chains do around 66% for Thursday night of Endgame. In pre-sales should be around 80% of Total easily, may be higher. @Menor @keysersoze123 see if this helps you some how.
  15. I guess someone said earlier that Regal had issues in first 24 hours for Endgame.
  16. That 30mn was a conservative estimates, may be 35mn, but I don't think more than that as daily tracking almost matched the final pre-sales we estimated. It's usual that big chains have a bigger pie in pre-sales, so I won't bother about that. BTW what is the 24 hours Cinemark & AMC Thursday and Total numbers. (also @keysersoze123) Also can someone get if @Deep Wang gave us data of 1 or 2 or 3 days for Endgame, that may help us making things clearer.
  17. Maleficent 4 Joker 3.7 Zombies 3.1
  18. FYI, exchange rates adjusted TLJ is ~$650mn Approx, that's with $40mn in China, which is expected to be par Solo. I won't be really surprised to see even struggle to $600mn if two of big 4 UK, Germany, Japan and France drops or Exchange rate collapse further.
  19. I found both the film terrible, but Saaho first half had two good scenes, War was no show at all for me.
  20. not by Monday or anything else, just last weekend number itself suggested that Joker will beat Mal 2 next weekend.
