I have a feeling this movie may not last long in Toronto-I was typing a whole lot of zeros under the "sold" category. Wow. Gucci seeming to be decently solid-think sales will pick up more with WOM, though 7.3 for an 80s era drama is pretty decent I think.

    Gucci is doing pretty steady in Toronto-Ill have to get some updated numbers later, but seems there's appetite for it. Can see being one of those films that gets some fashion trends going-going back to 80-ish fashions I think will get some eyes. That is interesting-for all the flooding that happened over there in BC, people still want to get to theatres to see films.

    Okay, so because i seem to enjoy pain-Im using Gucci as a test run, Im going to try tracking 26 theatres in the GTA (I am leaving out Richmond hill as I seem to recall a a lady/gent on here was doing tracking for area). If Im stepping on any toes, let me know! This tracking will include toronto, Scarborough, Vaughn, Oakville, Newmarket, Aurora, Ajax. Im trying this with Gucci to see if I can bare to do this when those Dec films come slamming in. And without further ado: House Of Gucci- Greater Toronto Area Wed Nov 24 (taken Nov 18) 25 theatres (Yorkdale apparently having issues with a poweroutage so no count there) 92 shows Total sold 894 Total Remaining 21817 Total seats 22711 percentage 3.94 Please note should this be "successful" for me as far as counts, because of sheer number of when we are doing all those movies in Dec, I will probably do one Movie a day and alternate-Doing GTA for 4 shows at one time might be a bit much for me..ha.....hahah

    All those movies coming out in Dec, Im probably prep my excel sheets for doing all those counts. I don't drink alcohol at all, but this might be the thing that pushes me to the brink.....

    Ive wondered is there a database (other than this thread lol) where I can find quick comp numbers at a glance? I know some people just keep their own records of day by day of each film and just look back at it in their files. I don't do nearly that, and don't have numbers in my files. Just wondering any suggestion for quick references, or just "dig through the thread"?

    I know the first one was pretty popular, but wow. I wonder if its the very limited early showing being a fear of missing out type thing. Also wonder if this is an experiment to see how well other movies would do this type of thing.

    Just because why not-Bonus Early access! Sing 2 November 27 (taken Nov 10) 4 Theatres 4 shows Total sold 313 Total remaining 480 total seats 793 percentage 39.47 So yes this is being presented as an "Early Access" for 4 theatres in Toronto-and people must really be digging a Sing 2, almost 40 percent sold for this special screening.
