    I expect to be tackling Jungle Cruise this week, whenever Cineplex does the advances. Hoping TSS goes up as well. Will try for thursday and friday counts this week.

    wasnt able to get Friday showings for Old or Snake Eyes. Im thinking for future stuff I may do two separate counts, one for Thursday preview (if there is one), and one for Friday shows. Have to see how my time all plays out.

    Yea when I was seeing sales of old vs snake eyes for my counts, Old definitely seemed to have more of a surge than Snake Eyes. Which surprises me a bit because I would think both would be about equal if for no other reason we in Ontario are still fresh into 3rd stage, so I thought just the "going out" would be a boost.

    going by Cineplex ratings, it has a warning for "Frightening images", no "horror/gore". I think its' going be mostly a psychological type of horror, there might be some "body horror" maybe with the aging thing. I think for many who see it will just want to look for "The Twist" he's famous for. I personally see it being 35 and up, I don't know how much Night has with the younger demographics (mind you I haven't kept track either). Will probably be a WOM, but internet being what it is, any "Twist" will hit social media pretty quickly IMO.

    Theatres doing it in different ways, as I posted earlier, Cineplex is doing reducing its total available seat count not only by seats bought ( say 4 seats) but will also remove another 2 seats from total available, in order to meet the 50 percent rule. So Im now reducing TOTAL seat counts each time Im doing an update, so my "total seat capacity" is shrinking each time I do an update lol. Its nutty

So, what im going to do in future till we go back to full theatres, I will do the adjusted seat reduction per theatre. I didn't on this one, and then give total amount of seats at end. Now I can keep do a total seats removed count like I did with the OLD count, or I can just put total number of seats and let you guys calculate the diff in your calculations. Man this gonna be a pain with the constant "changing" of available seats that get removed in addition to bought seats

That's why Im thinking I have less TOTAL seats than last time, don't break head trying to do math LOL. Im doing snake eyes update next see if the pattern does continue there.

    I think we will have to see how minor theatres are effected. I know we have a community theatre near where I live which shows movies after they've been in theatres a bit, they are still open, advertising Space Jam for July 31. I don't think any Cineplexes in Toronto have been affected, but I can't speak for outside of Toronto. I may do some research into how many theatres Ontario actually has and what's been affected.

    I can definitely see Ontario theatres getting a bump from the fact theatres are open, and people will go just to get out again. Im seeing similar as I gaze at theatres filling, and the reduced capacity I agree helps

    It also isn't helping that (as of yesterday haven't checked today) not all Toronto theatres for example even had showtimes for when I started Space Jam. I will get an update later today and see if more theatres are having showtimes. Im still getting used to having a puter so I'm really using Space Jam as kind of a practice. Hoping by weekend after this showtimes normalize for Toronto and Ontario.
