Just a fun monster movie that has filled with some boobs(courtesy of Nastasha Henstridge) and some awesome special effects that still look good almost 20 years later! The story is pretty decent and the acting isn't bad but Species isn't perfect though I will admit I had a lot of fun while watching it. B

Saw it at the cheap theatre Friday night wasn't really all that impressed with it it's forgettable not really that funny it's the same recycled plot done horribly the acting was just wasted though there were two decent cameos(Rob Lowe and Jack Black) that was the only memorable decent thing of this movie also too that kid that was sending the texts I wanted to punch that little shit right in the face. Luckily it's not the worst of this year but it's still not that good but it's not a near time waster anyway a D+

I think the reason of why sin city 2 is bombing is that the fanboys have two other movies out like ninja turtles and guardians still playing

well people could still have memories of the prequels and only fanboys would rush opening weekend and families around Christmas vacation and maybe play well in January other than that it's tough to predict
