That's a question I've been asking for two years now. Maybe after It doing bonkers Studios will start reconsidering treating Labor Day (And September) like a dumping ground, this goes for January too, even though Split and Kung Fu Panda 3 was pretty big in that month. Lesson: Spread the blockbuster movies througout the year and not stack them all in the summer season, that way you avoid underperformes like Apes 3. People like good movies any time of the year.

It still irks me that movie studios are not taking advange of the Labor Day holiday. Movies CAN be succesful on this particular date. Don't Breathe is proof of that. It's a holiday just like President's Day or MLK or Thanksgiving weekend is. But studios keep treating it like a dumping ground. Shame.

Theater bans Gone With The Wind for being "Insensitive"
Boxx93 replied to Incarnadine's topic in The Speakeasy
This is bullshit. Gone with the Wind is a classic that influenced global cinema for the last 8 decades. I understand it's not the time to show it in theatres but come on, enjoying GWTW does not make you racist. -
I watched this movie twice, and it gets better the second time. This one truly deserves all the hype its getting. 9.4/10

Wow. This anime was truly a rollercoaster of emotion. I've never seen any movie or TV show that changes my mood while watching it so constantly. Assassination Classroom is definetly up there with all the greats. Koro Sensei obvioulsy being the best character of the whole show. If you haven't watched it I highly recommend it. It's 2 seasons. The ending also destroyed me like no other show ever did. Not even Angel Beats made me cry this much. 9.8/10 I also highly recommend to watch this little show called Bakuman It's 3 seasons. 25 episodes each. It's basically the Shirobako of the Manga Industry, about a boy named Mashiro whose convinced by his school mate Shiujin that he enters into Shounen Jack Magazine to make manga and be famous, Shiujin makes the stories and Mashiro makes the art. To boost his commitment, Mashiro's crush Azuki Miho, a girl who wants to become an anime voice actress promise to each other that if Mashiro's manga becomes famous and she makes the voice of the heroine of the anime adaptation of that manga then they have to get married. In the process Mashiro and Shiujin goes through all kinds of challenges to make it big into the Manga Industry. It's really good and really addictive. I highly recommend this one two because of it's tense and unpredictable ride. This is another anime that actually managed to get a perfect score out of me for it's gripping storytelling and character development. And the soundtrack is amazing too. Seriously, watch this one whenever you can, you'll not gonna regret it. 10/10

I've read many nitpicking about Sunday's episode, and while some of them are legit critisism (like Benjen Ex Machina), the vast majority of them are plain stupid (The chains come from the ships from Hardhome!!!!) , almost as if some of these so called "fans" they where hate-watching. That's not a way to enjoy a show/movie, it's not healthy. And even with all it's flaws... Game Of Thrones is still better than 90% of movies coming out these days.

Mother fuck!!! The leaks DID affect the ratings http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/daily-ratings/sunday-cable-ratings-aug-20-2017/ 10.236 million viewers. Down from the 10.7 million from last week. I pray all the seven gods that no leaks come out from now on. Come on it's only 5 days people, be fucking patient.

Yeah, I'm surprised Dunkirk is doing as well as it is cause there was very little marketing leading up to it's release. I saw it twice in theatres now, it was packed both times even in weekdays afternoon. Amazing movie btw. My Nº1 movie of the year so far.

No. Still episode 6 leaks. It really pisses me off that a bunch of morons now feel entitled to ruin the fun for all the people who want to watch this show legally on sunday by posting spoilery images and coments all over the fucking internet. So please, try not to contribute to the spoiler minefield the web has become because of this leak. #fuckinghackers.

Dont worry, they can still be redeem if Emoji falls hard in the second weekend. But then again this is the market that also put Disney's G-Force in the top 5 of 2009. Maybe I should have seen this coming.
