I must be mistaken but when exactly did Jlaw prove she's a BO draw? (As opposed to just a critical darling). I really haven't seen it so far. Pratt at this point is probably just as much of one (which is to say meh).

Master of None & Silicon Valley are the best two "comedies" on TV & it's not close IMO. The critical obsession with 30 Rock, then Modern Family, now Veep is funnier than the shows themselves.

I say this in general but claiming a woman who's made millions in her career & has been apart of some great films "deserves" a comeback is as ridiculous as it sounds.

Snowden was doomed the moment they started moving the release around & then settled on the worst month of the year. Plus the content isn't new at all, Citizen Four is a much better watch (apparently) & it's a documentary.
They screwed up Blair Witch so much, what a terrible ad campaign.

Don't know if anyone discussed this yet but is it a coincidence this movie is being released same weekend as 9/11? Can't believe that's possible. Btw great #, glad to see people will still show up OW for another Hanks project.
