    137M peso with current ER tells me its $7M But who’s counting. That’s 7M from just one market. I think 75M+ Tuesday OS is looking very good.

    He means that IW passed 700M on Tuesday instead of Wednesday that @Carlangonz thought. Which put its Tuesday gross to be around $137M, which is an almost 40% jump from the already big Monday.

    Assuming that’s accurate and total up to Monday. That means HK$75.35M, Ultron is highest MCU there (and also second highest all-time) in local currency with HK$133M, so IW will easily blow past that. Target could be the all-time #1 Avatar with HK$178M. I think it’ll fall just short, but it’ll be close. $20M total from HK is very doable.

    Yeah, I think South Korea will cap out around 11.5M admissions. Marvel is insanely popular in SK, more than any other franchises out there, but it’s also a relatively young franchise, so it doesn’t get to tap into the older audience demo who turn up for local movies. 90M in SK is my guess. Although, considering this movie performance right now, never say never.

    Was thinking that yesterday before Monday numbers lol, simply because how big the OW was with also a big preview. But like I said, inching to 55% as worst case.

    It’s still bringing in dough in the OS markets. Amazing! Only 7.8M away from Potter. Don’t even need that good of a hold in US and it should still do it. Go T’Challa!

    I predicted 40M and it did 60M. I either should just give up predicting this movie BO now or go with the flow and throw in a 75M OS Tuesday. The Avengers 6 years ago also have Labor Day on Tue, and pulled in 41M, a 24% jump over Monday. Same jump apply to IW and we have 75M.

    Still can’t see anything close to or over 60% drop on second weekend at all. Earlier thinking with such a big OW and 39M in previews, 57% is where it’ll land, but atm, I think -55% gonna be worst case

    Arbitrary record, but of all the non-holiday Monday, it should be The Avengers at 18.8M IW is beating that by 31.5%

    Gonna need: - 1B OS minus China (2.6x leg from OS opening so this is actually pretty probable) - 500M China (optimistic projection from the last few days seem to be 400M so I’m gonna say more than likely ‘no’ on this one) - 700M Dom (I’m really scared to predict this gigantic number, so I’ll say ‘no’ here too)

    It is a great number nevertheless though. 31.5% bigger than The Avengers’ Monday, improving percentage-wise from Sun, where it was bigger than TA by 16.3% With that said, of course, if there aren’t folks who extrapolate legs or locking this and that total base on one single daily number, then this is really not BOT so...
