  1. Exactly! People should get that by now. His act has gotten really tiresome.
  2. STOP IT, Impact. I have no idea why you always have to include a comic book film that you enjoyed. Avengers' score was very weak, and outside of a few moments, utterly mediocre.
  3. Doesn't matter, she was still fantastic in her role.
  4. It was back in BOM. He also said Emma should get a nomination for Best Supporting Actress.
  5. Heretic, haven't you gotten used to baumer trying to rile up fandoms? DH1, according to him, was "incredible" and he saw it three times in theaters. Honestly, nothing more to be said.
  6. Even among die-hard fans, it's easily one of the most popular in the series.
  7. That makes no sense whatsoever. Avengers is an excellent film to people who love Marvel. Nothing more. Just...stop.
  8. Cinematography: PotterMusic: PotterArt Direction: PotterSound: PotterThe first three categories is where DH2 annihilates Avengers.
  9. Lol what? DH2 definitely had the strongest WOM from casual audiences. I can't even begin to count the amount of friends who weren't fans of Potter but really enjoyed DH2.
  10. I never expected to feel sad for Dobby, but I did. It was this shot that got me: But the saddest scene out of the two DH's is in DH2. When Lily tells Harry how much she loves, and when Snape finds her dead body.
  11. How many times have you seen the film (just curious)? But Bellatrix's biggest moment was always going to be in DH1. She was never going to do anything in DH2 that rivaled torturing Hermione and then killing Dobby. Did you find the Prince's Tale hollow? Courtyard Apocalypse? The epilogue (cheesy but highly emotional)?
  12. No, it wouldn't have. God knows how awful that would have been!
  13. You disappoint me, Khaleesi. May the dragons burn your ass.
  14. Fair enough. Maybe you should watch DH2 again.
  15. Avengers is better than CoS and maybe GoF...but that's it!
  16. I thought you liked Potter. Elaborate?
  17. Deathly Hallows Part 2, easily.DH2 is a much stronger film. The story is much more engaging, it's more beautiful to look at, and the score is wonderful. Unlike The Avengers, the action in DH2 doesn't bore because it doesn't overstay its welcome. The music and visuals blend in together perfectly (summoning the statues and creating the protective forcefield). It has its faults, obviously. The Molly/Bella battle was very underwhelming, but despite that, it is an otherwise incredibly satisfying finale. The acting was great, and the humor was enjoyable ("I've always wanted to use that spell!"). I cared a great deal about the characters.Avengers...great special effects, great character interaction, great humor, but the action could get ridiculously overlong, and I felt that the characters didn't sacrifice nearly as much as they should have. I enjoyed watching them, but I didn't have any emotional investment towards them (except the last bit where IM is in space).Really easy. DH2 is also one of those films that gets better with repeat viewings.
  18. No way should HBP/OoTP have been split into two, ESPECIALLY GoF!
  19. Sorry, but it boggles my mind why people are declaring Battleship as a failure because of its midnights. I don't see anything wrong with its midnights. It has no built-in fabase whatsoever, and wasn't shown in many theaters, anyway.I do think Battleship will underwhelm (31m), but midnights have nothing to do with it.
