Sam
Walt, I edit my list, make some changes, and fill out all the years (well, to my best knowledge anyway) so if you already put down my votes, you might wanna change some of them. If not yet then, never mind Thank you.

Walt Disney
This is interesting but how can many of us determine what films were the best in years where we have seen 1 or 2 films? Can you guys really give your opinion as to what the best film of 1935 was? Have you really seen that many films from that year? I actually thought about this. Even though I already replied to it, I still kept thinking about this comment. I gave it some serious thought. When someone votes for a top 100 movies of all-time list, they may not have seen that many movies from certain years (ex. 1935). However, they still make a list. That's why these top 100 lists are weighted towards recent movies. This list takes that factor out of it. All movies are weighed against only movies from their year. So older movies do get a chance to shine. Recent movies must compete against other recent movies, so you can't just vote for them all while ignoring older films. If someone can't properly determine what the best movie for certain years are because they haven't seen many films from those years, then I would argue that there is no way that they can properly vote for a top 100 movies of all-time list. The reason being that they would still be snubbing all those older movies that they haven't seen. If you don't know what the best film from a particular year is b/c you haven't seen enough movies from that year, then how can you state that you have enough knowledge to properly make a top 100 list? How do you know those movies aren't better than some of the movies in your top 100 movies of all-time list? My answer (after giving this some serious thought) is that you all vote based on your experiences. You have seen what you have seen. If you feel comfortable making a top 100 list, then you should feel comfortable picking a best movie for every individual year. That doesn't mean that you have to. However, this vote is open to everyone. Please vote for the earlier years if you have a film that you feel is the best. No one is going to tell you that you're wrong. And if you don't have a film for a certain year, then that's ok too.
