Hernan Gonzalez
its good but it had holiday boost. Next weekend it will drop big for sure. So in Argentina its finishing below F7 for sure. AoU still has 2 weekends with soft drops until Tomorrowland on the 21st and Saint Andreas on the 28th. There's no way it will pass FF7. Right now I am thinking AoU should do around $5m-$7m less than Fast 7. The only movie that has a small chance to beat Vin Diesel & Co is The Minions if it does a very good business during the winter holidays. Cume: 396186 adm, $2.6m AoU passed 1m admissions on Sunday. It needed 11 days (FF7 did it in only 4 days and The Avengers in 9). The Superheroes still have steam to enter the All Time Top 5 (Gross in $) by the end of their battle. Fast 7 passed 3m admissions on Thursday (in 28 days) but this time they were not the fastest, Manny and Diego during their 4th adventure did that in only 23 days. Last weekend Toretto and his colleagues passed Monsters University to become the 3rd movie at the Top Grossers of All Time List Home was the only movie in the Top Ten that increased compared the last weekend (almost 10%) and Cinderella, dropping only 9%, passed The Hobbit: BotFA (in admissions, in $ Ella earned $1m less than the last crusade of Bilbo), to become the number 5 movie for 2015 so far. It should pass Penguins next weekend. Edited May 5, 2015 by Henry The Last Avenger

Age of Ultron passed Fifty Shades and it is now the second movie of the year, but it is around 20% behind The Avengers in admissions at this time of its run (in gross they are almost on par because tickets are more expensive and the exchange rate is better now). Tickets are so high this year that it will reach the All Time Top Ten with that gross (now it stands at the 15th place) Mad Max did ok but I don't think it will do more than $2m bye the end of its run.
