Ahh ok, shouldn't change too much though. Based on my works thursday/friday numbers, madagascar 3 is looking at $2.5m+, depending on how strong matinees are. Could get over $3.5. The watch is on track for sub $2m, more around $1.6 I think. Resident evil looking at $1.2 if my site numbers represent australia.

Ted did more in my cinema during its first two days of previews (the overall weekend previews was $4m) then any movie in the first two days this weekend (though Madagascar should have great saturday-sunday business, so it can really soar past $4).Then again my cinema, though often quite on track, sometimes misses the trend, so who knows!

Different time of year. It'll have good holds up to the school holidays. Up only opened to $2.1m and it ended up making over $27m.

Mad3 opens slightly higher than Mad2 (3.9m v 3.8m). It will hold well in the coming weeks and end up around $20-25m.
