ah wait, just noticed you're using the wrong total as of sat, which is 15.7

 

so disney gave 1.5M sun, expecting actuals will be higher but probably on track for 4M christmas+boxing day nevertheless

Cinetel does says "as of Dec 25" but the total haven't reflected yet (at least from my end). Hopefully I expect it to update soon.

Incredible result, and very good also for Il Grande Giorno which grossed 1.1M. Definitely a stronger opponent than Puss in Boots...
