Well I guess Ry wanted a RIB after all...The problem with this is that The Morrow lacks 4-quadrant appeal, so I think it would have petered out around 425 million or so (though Ry was a bit too generous with its 2nd/3rd weekends).

Yeah, it's year 1, I HAD to do it. Should I have done it with Icarus instead? :PAlso, adjusted for ticket sales and 3-D, it did just a little better than Independence Day and FAR worse than Titanic. Independence Day lacked 4-quadrant appeal (and it was technically a "bad" movie).

Icarus is actually a more believable RIB imitator than The Morrow. The problem Ry is that The Morrow is the first film in a trilogy, so you essentially guaranteed super-epic numbers for all 3 films.

I haven't seen you in ages Ry. I forget the last time you played the last CAYOM over at BOM. I think like Year 42 with Les Miserables and Renaissance. I haven't been around CAYOM since July. I missed the last year of the BOM version and the first year of this one. I've been pretty drained of it recently, but I may make a return some day. I haven't even been lurking recently, but that Morrow number struck me as odd but not totally unexpected, it being the first year of the new game. Too bad I didn't release something this year that could have been the RIB of the game....I still haven't gotten to see Celluloid Heroes. *whistles*

You'll see it when you return. Consider it an incentive. ;)

No, there are some OS decisions I'd like to be in charge of. I'll let you know if I want you to do them. Thank you though :)And um... sorry Numbers, I already PMed it to Uekacreator. I'm hoping he reviews Rapture and Wings of Icarus out of gratitude. I'm so selfish :P
