OK, so Life Itself is a weak-ass, not especially inspired documentary, meanwhile, Jodorowsky's Dune and Citizenfour are both in my top 10 of the year, with the former being a must-see for anyone who has any artistic aspirations and the latter being a must-see for well, anyone who lives under a government.

And I get the strangest feeling I know which one will win, and it ain't a nice feeling...

force majeure yo. accept no substitutes.

 

I'd implore people to not vote for the foreign film or documentary categories if they haven't seen all the nominated films. that way we can avoid something dumb like life itself winning just because I know it's the one most people here have seen.
