Not confirmed, but that she is Alicia seems a very good bet.

The other possiblity was Medusa, but I don't think they quite want to bring in the Inhumans yet.

Serinda Swan is already Medusa in the MCU. They can ignore the events of the show but they should still keep the cast imo.

They could recast since it's not in the main timeline but I don't think they're going that route anyways. I still think she's Alicia. Her and Moss Bacharach would be beyond perfect casting for that
