An excellent weekend, helped by a holiday and rainy weather. Joker 2 opened much lower than the first one but it's still far from a flop and The Wild Robot might (hopefully) become something of a sleeper hit. Family releases were excellent; Die Schule der magischen Tiere 3 with an increase; it's now about 30% ahead of #2 and might very well reach 3mil total! And longrunners DM4 and IO2 are still alive, too.

In Austria, similar numbers - Schule3's total is a bit behind Germany while Joker2 opened a bit higher.

Next weekend: No big openers (presales for Transformers One are about zero), this week's Top3 should stay safely on top.

Milestone: DM4 officially crosses 500K tickets on Sunday October 8th with a 7k admits weekend and a total of 508K admits. 

IO2 is now at 634K admits.

Deadpool 3 at 425K admits.

that would be a nearly 50% drop for Joker2 ... still no flop but that's hard. Schule3 drops <40% (if true), that's fine. Robot's drop of <30% indicates good wom, might get excellent legs! And very good numbers from the arthouse releases Lee and Buchspazierer!

Not a good weekend … Joker 2 is fading fast; the only release doing respectable numbers is domestic kiddie adaption Die Schule der magischen Tiere 3 which is still on track to become the strongest of the series.

In Austria, a similar chart but Joker 2 is doing a bit better here, already very close to 100k total after Sunday … 10 Lives also was much stronger here (already in the 5 digits) while arthousy Der Buchspazierer lagged behind Germany's numbers.

Next weekend: Again, no big opener - Smile 2 might become the biggest one with an outside chance at #1 (presales are - ok, but nothing special).
