Same here. Actually, I'm having problems to buy tickets online because of the huge traffic, WOW!

When will you watch IT, @Fullbuster?

I won't watch IT, I don't like horror movies, and the TV show scared me when I was a kid (I got nightmares for quite a long time) so I don't want to see this particular clown again :P

But still, it's apparently very good so if it's a clear success I'll be happy about it ;)

"Benefitting from the Independence Day holiday, Brazil opened to a record-breaking $1.9M on Thursday (including previews) on 846 screens, ranking as the biggest opening day ever for a horror film there and beating The Conjuring 2. The two-day cume so far is $3.1M. It also ranked as the studio’s biggest opening day of the year. It nabbed a 45% share of the Top 5 films and more than doubled the No. 2 ranking local film’s opener: Policia Federal: A Lei E Para Todos."

Wow, that's definitely amazing for a horror film :o

IT opened at $5.6m, biggest OW for a Horror movie, and September as well.

But I'm hoping it will increase even more tomorrow with the actuals, since Warner is lowballing it everywhere.

Wait a minute...$5.6m OW after a $1.9m OD is really a low multiplier...A movie doing that usually reaches at least $7m-8m
